Crochet Flower Brooches

How is everyone doing? I cannot believe it's been the beginning of August already! It feels like just yesterday July was starting. Time sure does fly by! I do hope you got many things done in the last month, as I didn't! My to-do list in July is still in progress, and August has come! How about you?

I made these flower brooches a few days back and would love to share you right here. I found it was such a fun when playing with cotton!

And this lovely one I don't know what to call, maybe another kind of daisy... :)

All of them were attached a brooch pin, to become these flower brooches...

Didn't they turn out lovely? I love them all, especially the creamy one with an orange button center, my favorite colors as well...
I've still not worn any of them, but my clothes are ready to go with these 'new friends'! 

Well, enough for my brooches, I would come to see what you've been up to, but I know they must be awesome, whatever you do!

    I SO want to make the layered, rainbow colored flower and the one that looks like a pansy . . cream colored with brown . . . where do I find the patterns . . .I would LOVE to put them on my stocking hats for little girls.

    Those crochet flowers are just adorable! I can't seem to keep fresh flowers alive out here (Hong Kong) for more than a nanosecond after I buy them, maybe this is the alternative solution! ;-)

    I made those flower brooches using some patterns somewhere from my Japanese books, and they're all in crochet chart. I'm doing my best to upload the patterns to share you all in a very short time! Just keep in touch and you will have patterns to make your own ones!

    I, too, have been loving to crochet flower brooches! They are so rewarding and are excellent ways to use up scrap yarns while also trying new stitch techniques. Thanks for sharing these! My favorites are the 2 in the middle although they are all lovely ;-)
