Hello hello my friends! I can't believe how time flies, and I haven't been here for a while... Maybe you are wondering where I have been, I'm busy and busy at work these days, but I'm well and still alive :)! I would like to thank you so much for all your lovely words and kind thoughts so far, from my heart! I'm also sorry for not visiting you as often as I wish, but just let you know I always try to come to see your beautiful places as soon as I get a moment, and enjoy the inspiring things you did all the time!
I've just finished this bag, after weeks left it alone. I made this bag with no pattern, just used diagonal stitches for the whole bag body, and single crochet for the bottom, attached handles with single crochet too, it turned out as lovely as I desired. I named it "Berry" just as its variegated colors :).
The special thing of this bag is the lining was sewed with a zipper. This is the first time I attached a zipper for a lining. Oh my godness, it took me hours to sew and unsew again, many times... But finally it's done with a nice look, phewwwww..., thanks God!
With the zipper opened:
And closed: My new bag in the garden:
I'm very pleased with this bag, and in my mind, right now, I'm thinking about another bag pattern! Hehehhe, I'm bag addicted!
Have a beautiful Sunday and see you soon! x

ReplyDeleteAnyone who can do that without a pattern is truly talented. I can't even sew a button on properly. :/ Great work! Best wishes, Tammy
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented...soon you wil be selling these xox
ReplyDeleteThat bag is oh so beautiful. Love the color and the lining. I know that zippers can be a pain, when I use to sew that was one point I hated. I eventually learned that to set the zipper before the item is closed up was much easier. Let me know if this works for you.
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies so much! I'm happy you like it!
ReplyDelete@Sherryl: Thank you for your guidance, I will try it next time when I have to face with zipper again! :)
